Loretta Lynn Area Qualifier Info

NO ATV's this weekend due to the fact of all the Loretta Lynn classes.
Thursday
Only staff and vendors will be able to enter after 6pm. All vendors that are
interested in vending  must have called in advance. 269-683-4418.

Friday  - Friday practice is weather permitting.
Gate: 10am - Midnight  
Gate Fee: $30 riders/spectators (This is a Fri./Sat/Sun gate fee)
We will stop charging a Friday gate at 5:30pm on Friday.
Sign Up Fee for practice: $25 per class
Practice: 2pm - until we get done with the 4 rotations of practice which should be close to 6:30pm.
Sign Up: 11am - 6pm                                                            
Sign Up: 8pm - 10pm - for Saturday only.

Below is a tentative Friday practice order. 
We may combine or split up practices if needed.
There will be 4 rotations, 15 minutes each.
Women and Vet riders may choose what practice session they would like to be in.

15 minutes rotations until the big track is done.

We will run all GLMX classes both days and fit the Loretta Lynn classes into those.
We will have a list posted at sign up that will match up the Loretta Lynn classes to the GLMX points paying classes.
Check below to see which day your class will be qualifying. 
Class 19 & 20 run on our big track.
Class 18.1 & 18.2 will run on our Smurf City track.

Saturday
Gate: 7am -Midnight
Gate Fee: $20 riders/spectators (This is a Sat/Sun gate fee)
Sign Up: 7am - 10am
Practice: 9am
Racing: 11am
We will open Sunday sign up at the conclusion of Saturday's racing. Please have patience with us our staff.
They will have been working since 7am and they will want to get done and be with their family as much as you do.

If you are leaving Saturday after the races and will not be returning. 
You must leave within 2 hours after the last moto. We will cut 
off you wristband and give you a $10 refund.

Sunday
Gate: 7am
Gate Fee: $10 riders/spectators (This is a Sun gate fee)
Sign Up: 7am - 10am
Practice: 9am
Racing: 11am

Sign Up fee per class:
Friday practice $25 per class
$49 AMA is required for all riders
Great Lakes MX membership required for all riders. You may choose between a yearly ($20) or weekend($5) GLMX membership.
$20 Great Lakes MX annual membership fee (membership last a full year)
$ 5 Great Lakes MX weekend membership fee (membership lasts a full weekend at one track). You can upgrade to a full membership
at anytime for the difference in price. Turn in four temporary membship receipts.
$30 per class per day
$40 for A & Pro Am classe


Pro Am Points Pay Classes:
250 A & 450 A classes on Saturday will be pro am points paying classes.
Open Pro/Sport class on Sunday will be pro am points paying class in which pointswill be paid to 250 & 450 classes. (race results will be duplicated and be posted in both classes).
These classes will be longer motos weather permitting.

We are the in the Mid-East area region. Riders finishing in the top 8 are guaranteed to

*Riders may attempt to qualify at the Area Qualifier and Regional Championship in the following multiple classes;
However, at the National, only one class may be chosen between them:

a. Any 51cc Class
b. Senior (45+) and Masters (50+)
c. Girls (12-15), Girls (9-11) and Women (14+)
