City details & guidelines
- September 12, 2009 - Saturday after
the races.
- Theme of tent city - My Big
Redneck Tent.
- Tons of great prizes donated by our
sponsors listed below
- Due to some people not setting up a
tent we will have to do the sign up different this year. Some just wanted a
shirt and never set up a tent we found out later.
- New for 2009 $5 sign up fee per person and you receive a t-shirt.
- Age Groups: 9 yrs & under
10 yrs - 13 yrs
14 yrs - 20 yrs
- Register on
Saturday at sign up to get a wristband and number for your tent.
- No more than 4
dwellers per tent
- To be eligible for any prizes tents
must be decorated
- We will need to know
everyone's name and age in each tent
- All tents in the same age groups
will be grouped together this year
- Parents can not help decorate tent
but we will allow some help with the younger ones
- Tent city will be closed until 2 pm
on Saturday
- After 2:00 you may start setting up
and decorating you tent
- No name or like riding number can
be visible on tent during judging
- Judging will be at 7:00 pm
- No one allowed back by tent city area during
judging
- Cook out around the campfire
Saturday night after judging
- Everyone must be in their tent by
10:30 pm and lights out by 11:00 pm
- Any tent dweller may have breakfast
Sunday morning
- Tent city will be chaperoned by the
Karen and John Sparks, John and Missy Davis.
They will be cooking breakfast also so big thanks to them.
